This farmhouse is perfectly located just a few blocks from Main Street of Bastrop. It's in the middle of everything Bastrop. Just a short walk away are: the Colorado River, restaurants, wine and bar establishments, Lost Pines Art Center, Bastrop Convention Center, Schulmans movie theater, and the World Famous Bucees. The home was custom built in 2023 and modeled as a “modern farmhouse”. This gorgeous 1200 SqFt, 2-story house is decked out with Texas farm and charm.
the space
inside: plenty of room for everyone whether watching tv, eating, cooking, playing games, or just hanging out The kitchen is fully stocked with glasses, plates, flatware, pots/pans, and even wine glasses! There is a dining table that seats 4; just grab the extra two chairs from the pantry. We provide coffee, cocoa, and green tea for the Keurig. Also, help yourself to bottled water in the fridge.
the house sleeps 4 comfortably; maximum of 5 There is an additional charge for the 5th guest ($30/night +taxes+fees). There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. There is a bedroom and bath upstairs and another bedroom and bathroom (w/shower) is downstairs. Both bedrooms have queen beds with super comfy pillow-top mattresses. The upstairs study does have a twin XL-bed for an additional person. Please be honest about your guest count so I can make sure the house is adequately stocked for your stay.
